House of Tierce Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: October 6th, 2025
At House of Tierce, we are committed to providing our customers with authentic, original artworks by emerging artists. Because of the unique and collectible nature of the works we sell, our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and reflective of the care required in handling fine art.
1. All Sales Are Final
All artworks sold on House of Tierce are final sale.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, there is a 48-hour order processing period. Within this period, the buyer will have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund. After this period, your order cannot be canceled or returned unless there was an error in fulfillment.
Custom commissions or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after 48 hours of order confirmation.
2. Damaged Items
We ensure that our artists execute and provide proof of sufficient, protected packaging of artwork prior to shipment. Due to this, if shipping insurance is not included in your order, then we cannot monetarily compensate for damaged artwork. Once a package is marked as delivered or picked up by the carrier through our tracking system, we are no longer liable for the package.
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@houseoftierce.com with:
Your name and order number
A description of the damage or defect
Photos showing the issue
House of Tierce will review the claim and, if valid, may:
Issue a full or partial refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs
Note: Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Any damage reported after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Errors in Fulfillment
If House of Tierce sends the wrong artwork, we will correct the error at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a refund, please report any errors within 7 days of receipt and include photos. The art must also be returned before we can process your refund. Shipping costs will be covered.
4. Returns Procedure (If Applicable)
If a return is approved under the conditions above:
House of Tierce will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for packaging the artwork securely for return shipping and providing photographic evidence of such.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted.
6. International Orders
At this time, House of Tierce cannot fulfill orders for delivery outside of the United States of America.
