SHIPPING policy.

At House of Tierce, we take great care in ensuring that all artwork is packaged, handled, and delivered safely. Each piece is unique, and our shipping process is designed to protect its integrity from our artists’ studios to your home or collection.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise noted on the artwork’s product page.

  • Because each piece is original, processing times may vary depending on the artist’s location, packaging requirements, and carrier availability.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship artwork using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS, depending on the artwork’s size, value, and destination.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available within the United States.

  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable.

3. Shipping Insurance

Every shipment can be fully insured for its full retail value if the buyer opts in for shipping insurance. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, please notify us immediately (see our Refunds & Returns Policy) with supporting photos and documentation so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf, if eligible.

For large pieces, shipping insurance is required. For our smaller pieces, customers can choose to opt-out. If customers choose to opt-out of shipping insurance, they will not be eligible for refunds if their artwork is lost or damaged.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Due to the nature of our artwork, all deliveries are recommended to include a signature upon receipt to ensure safe handoff of valuable artwork. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery.

Customers will have the option to opt-out of providing a signature. If you choose to opt-out of the signature but opt-in for shipping insurance, then you are eligible for a potential refund if the package is lost.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on artwork dimensions, weight, and destination. These costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Certain promotional offers may include complimentary shipping for select artworks or orders over a specific value.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. House of Tierce is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for artwork requiring signature delivery.

  • Certain items may be subject to regional or carrier restrictions due to size, materials, or insurance limitations.

9. Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as delivered or picked up by the carrier through our tracking system, we are no longer liable for the package. Our responsibility is to process and ship your order within the stated timeframes, ensuring that it reaches the carrier. The delivery timeframe provided by the third-party shipping carrier is an estimate, and we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or the inability to locate tracking emails due to user error.

In the event of a lost or incorrectly delivered package, we suggest that you call the carrier’s customer support team as a first step. We can then assist by opening a case with the carrier as a courtesy. However, please note:

  • All liability for the package transfers to the carrier once it is marked as delivered.

  • No refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will be accepted for packages marked as delivered, as this is a direct violation of our policies.

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are reported stolen or missing.
